The Republicans who wrote that report are hoping that no one will actually read the entire report. It's almost 1,000 pages long. So as usual, they slipped something totally unethical and completely dishonest into the last part... the summary. In that summary, they claim that they can't find any evidence of collusion between the Trump campaign and Russian intelligence agents.

Meanwhile, if you skim through the main body of their report, it lists dozens of examples of collusion. Serious examples of knowing and willing collusion between Trump and Russia.

I saw that report's release.  When the story broke, it was talked about for only a day then was quickly forgotten.  Imagine if it were Bill Clinton running for re-election in 1996 and that sort of thing came out about him instead of Trump.

In New York, the SDNY has arrested Steve Bannon and they have indicted him for fraud.   

Given the fact that this is a state case, Trump can not pardon Bannon or commute his sentence, as presidential pardoning power is limited to federal cases only. Which in turn means that Bannon will be under a great deal of pressure to spill his guts and rat on Trump, if he wants to avoid a lengthy prison sentence. This is getting juicy.

He will be indicted on federal charges.  The Southern District of New York is a US district court, named for where it is geographically. Here's a statement from the US attorney's office which has some very interesting information about what these crooks did.  If the charges in that statement are true, Bannon is in deep shit.  I am not sure Trump would pardon Bannon anyway.  After they had a falling out, I think Bannon is on Trump's shitlist just like Michael Cohen.  I wouldn't be surprised though if William Barr and the DOJ try to interfere by making "recommendations" to the US attorneys who are prosecuting the case.   


Hopefully, he does get prosecuted by the State of NY as well.

I'm just happy to see the SDNY moving forward and taking action against these creeps. I wonder what they have in store for Trump, when he finally vacates the White House..?
